Want to make your own? Here's the recipe, given to me about 10 years ago by a good friend, who obviously didn't have problems with sharing.
.
Peach Salsa
.
6 cups prepared peaches (about 12 medium)
1 & 1/4 cups chopped red onion
4 jalapeƱo peppers, finely chopped (with most of the seeds removed)
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup loosely packed, finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 & 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
.
Blanche, peel, pit and chop peaches. Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes. Ladle salsa into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch room at top. Wipe jar rims and put on sterilized lids. Place jars in canner with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove jars from canner and cool for 24 hours.
.
Notes:
- This makes 3-4 jars
- I usually double or triple this recipe and this year ended up with 13 jars of various sizes
- You can boil your jars or put them in the oven at 200 degrees - just put them on a cookie sheet and leave them in there while you prepare the salsa
- Boil the lids and rounds for 5 minutes to sterilize them
- Remember, the 'pop' is a sign of success because it means your jars sealed correctly
- This will keep for about a year, unrefrigerated - beyond that, I don't know because we never have any left after a year
☺
Just wanted to add:

sounds good, I've just finished up the last of the green beans.......i've canned more this year than ever.......but oh soooo good come the winter.
That is interesting, I have never heard of peach salsa...but you have been busy....no dust settling under your feet.
Thanks or the recipe!!! gotta give it a whirl!
I have never been a salsa eater...I canned nothing this year!!! At least last year I made refrigerator pickles...
Oh looks yummy! I've never had it either? Do you eat it like regular salsa with tortilla chips or pita chips?? I'm saving the recipe! Thank you!
I"m not a big salsa fan, either.....not a fan of onions, so that is a problem with salsa. I'm sure yours is great, though, for those that are salsa people!
Thanks for the recipe, it sounds good. I love salsa! Never tried peach salsa, but I have had mango and it was good. Thanks for the tip about the giveaway, too. I'm heading over now ...
Hmmm. I've heard of peach salsa, but never had it. What do you eat it with?
This sounds so good. I love mango salsa so I am going to try your recipe!!!
Never tried peach salsa, interesting peaches with jalapenos. Is your brain still fried from trying to make your DD's dress? What's your favourite food to eat with this salsa?
YUMMY Rachel! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
ohhhh! that sounds good! Thanks for sharing! Similar question to others - what do you serve it with?
Sounds delicious! My sister and I are going raspberry picking on Fri. and are going to try making jam, but I have to admit, the whole canning thing makes me a bit nervous :)

Love the sound of Peach Salsa. I do not cook buy my guy does so I will give him the recipe. He loves cooking so I do other good things around the house. It works for us. Sounds like you had a fun time with your kitchen project. Thanks...Dogwood
I like your new profile photo! Very nice.
Oh that looks so good! Hmmm. I know I don't know you but I'm wondering if you want to do a little experiment and see how the postal service would care for that salsa while getting it all the way to say, Utah? Just kidding (plus I think that's illegal to send perishable items isn't it?!?), but anyways, it sure looks good. Also, that is so fun you're doing the Bunny Hill BOM. I've been wanting to start that. Your block turned out so cute!
