Feels like Spring

But I'm not fooled. Spring never comes to stay this early.

Nope, I'm not putting away my coat and boots... not yet.

Nothing much happening here at Chez Rachel. Some marking, lots of eating (I'll be gaining back that 15 lbs if I'm not careful), and I finally pin-basted my Tisket a Tasket quilt. I haven't done anything with the Checkerboard top yet because I still need backing fabric.

Italian lesson tonight. Dance tomorrow night. Lazy every other night.

How are things going with you?

I was totally fooled by the weather a few weeks back. Spring but we had a few inches of snow this morning in Grass Valley. Very pretty but oh so cold. It has all melted.

Busy lady. I always love hearing what you are doing.

Hugs, Cory

I can't wait until we have some warm days. This has been crazy cold for our part of Delaware! I had a lot of typing to catch up for with my part-time job this week, so that's mostly what I've been doing...and then bell choir practice was tonight.

Hi Rachel,
Cute idea with the cheese boxes!
Been busy here and I also need to work on the ATC for this month.
Warmly,
Deb :)

Have fun, I like a bit of grading, and a little more sewing time. Looking forward to another rainy Saturday, but I love it when it's a planned day in!

Spring! It was so cold here in SE TN today that I thought my toes and fingers would fall off! It is supposed to warm up some this weekend, but I'm like you, I won't be fooled by this.

Hahaha -- 6 degrees and spring. You're too funny! My week is like yours -- nothing too interesting but really busy!

Slowly, slowly Spring is on its way. We're supposed to have a warm weekend (like 40'F+). So hopefully the husband will take child to the park and I can SEW! I don't mind spending a nice day inside as long as I'm doing something I want to do!

My mind can't comprehend single digit weather forecasts. Brrrrrr.

Last night it was so cold here I actually had to turn on the heat, something I haven't done in a long time. I like it when it gets cold around here, but don't ever want to experience the kind of winters that you have.
