I laughed when I read Camille's "Confession" post today. I guess everyone has their little secrets.
Let's clear the air a bit...
* I have a paper due on Friday and I haven't started it yet. Every time I get into it, I'm distracted by something else on the computer.
* When I get home from work, I take off all my jewelry and change into pajamas. Even if I get home from work at 4:00 pm.
* My young, good-looking neighbour is renovating his house and often works without wearing a shirt. Enough said.
* I have never had a massage. Ever.
* Last night, I watched three back-to-back episodes of Mad Men online while doing some knitting... and not working on that paper I was supposed to be writing.
* I love my old RexCat but I wish his 'time' was near because he messes all over the basement all the time. I stepped in some of his mess tonight while doing laundry and had to throw away my slippers.
* My sewing room is a bona-fide disaster zone. I care, but at the same time I don't.
* I wear hand-me-downs from the OnlyChild because I can't be bothered to go shopping for my own clothes.
* I told Mr. P not to buy me Christmas gifts this year because I'd rather spend the money on a trip to Paris next summer.
Whew, I feel so much better. How about you... what are your not-so-dirty little secrets?

Hey...I'm impressed that you are of a size that you can wear your daughter's clothes....and I'm extremely happy to know that I'm not the only one with a disastrous sewing room!
I wish I had a sewing room to get disasterous. My machine, stash, and all my goodies are in a corner of the family room near the slider to the outside. On the opposite wall is my Computer. The other end has the TV (big screen) and our dog Emily's cage where she sleeps. Tis a bit crowded, but I manage. The hardest part is finding something when I need it. LOL
Your post is too funny. I love your true confessions! But, may I suggest that you start writing that paper and soon!! He-he. Do you want me to write a letter requesting an extensed due date for you?? He-he again.
Have a nice evening.
***i love getting in my cozy flannel pjs at 4:00
***sometimes i go to bed at 7:00 and read for a few hours
***my sewing and crafting areas are out-of-the-world tidy and neat
***i do not cook or grocery shop
***when i leave a room i turn the lights off
Nightie-night!
I'm sitting here chuckling ... that was great. I have a few similar secrets to confess ... I buy almost all my clothes secondhand because I like them better than new ones, and every evening when I get home I put on the same oversized J.Jill cardigan, one of the few things I bought new this year.
I MUST insist you get a massage. It is one of life's most wonderful pleasures. If you want to start small, get a pedicure-- it includes a foot massage.
Me too! ...
When I get home from work, I take off all my jewelry and change into pajamas. Even if I get home from work at 4:00 pm
I love hanging around in my pjs!
I'm sure I have others to mention but I should be pay attention to the telecom that I'm on right now and should NOT be reading and commenting on blogs!
Oh....YES~a massage is a MUST.
My entire sewing area is a disaster!
As well as my desk!!!
WOW! That's an AWESOME post! I LOVED number three -- I laughed out loud. And I'm so with you on number four. I'll never have one either. Ewwwwww! Good luck with the paper!
I liked you before and like you even more after reading your true confessions.

You are a gal that I like. Etsy is having a $5.00 gift sale on Novmeber 30th go to my blog to get details. Thanks
Me????????? I have no dirty little secrets. lolol You know I put them on my blog already!!
Hmmm... I work at home and since I sleep in sweats most of the time I guess you could say I stay in my PJ's 80% of the time, heehe!
I have had massages and they are one of the most nurturing experiences you can have...get one! My daughter (16) and I share clothes but she is not a very good sharer....she willingly borrows mine but it's like pulling teeth to get to borrow anything of hers! We will fight over who gets to buy something at the store because I know if she buys it I will never get to wear it. I will so watch movies over getting chores done, duh!!
Have a nice weekend!!
Blessings~LillySue
You aren't alone in watching the shirtless workers. My brother in law was here working this spring and spent a lot of time shirtless. There was a direct correlation between the times he was shirtless and the times the neighbor stopped over to chat. I haven't seen so much of that woman before or since!
